Delhi's Safety Map
To understand how safe (or unsafe) different parts of Delhi are during the day, SAFEorNOT’s safety prediction capability was used on Google Street View images. Images were taken every 200 meters in all four directions.
A total of 62,852 images were accessed. 12.2% of the assessed locations in Delhi were deemed unsafe based on the analysis. A night-time safety audit of Delhi is currently unfeasible due to the limited availability of large-scale, geo-tagged night-time photographs.
